Processing Time All orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days of purchase. During peak periods please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.

US Delivery Most US orders arrive within 5-10 business days once shipped.

International Delivery Most international orders arrive within 7-15 business days once shipped. In some cases international shipping may take up to 40 business days due to customs clearance delays.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order is lost, damaged or stolen during shipment please contact us at help@softsupportco.com and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Customs and Import Fees All shipping times exclude customs and clearance delays. Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by your country.
