Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind SoftSupport with a 60-Day "Keep It Anyway" Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we will make it right — no return required.
How to Request a Refund Email us at help@softsupportco.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
Refunds Upon review we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the sleeve. If you would prefer a replacement we are happy to send one out instead.
Exchanges If your item arrived defective or damaged we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. Email us at help@softsupportco.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.
Lost or Stolen Packages SoftSupport is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Return Shipping Because our guarantee does not require you to return the product in most cases, return shipping costs rarely apply. In cases where a return is required we will provide instructions via email.
